　　根據(jù)2004年7月6日烏內(nèi)閣第318號(hào)決議《關(guān)于簡(jiǎn)化商品認(rèn)證的補(bǔ)充措施》規(guī)定，烏對(duì)進(jìn)口商品分為強(qiáng)制檢驗(yàn)商品和免檢商品，機(jī)電產(chǎn)品整機(jī)和散件基本屬于強(qiáng)制檢驗(yàn)商品，具體可根據(jù)海關(guān)稅號(hào)確定。機(jī)電產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)在烏國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)量署注冊(cè)的專門機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行，收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根據(jù)商品和檢驗(yàn)方式確定。
